Yesterday, while feeding the hammies.
Two leg doesn't want to eat at all.
He kept sleeping, put him out of the tank, he doesn't run his usual speed.
He just walked, taking slow steps and pausing at one area to rest again.

It was so unusual, deep inside I know it's time for him to go.
He was very very strong, he was born with proper set of limbs and hands,
But his legs were very weak, and they were bent towards the back such that he had to drag himself to walk with his hands.

He was very brave, he bit off one leg at a time and relied on his hands for movement.
This does not stop him from climbing, walking, and even running fast.
Trust me, his speed can even be faster than my hammies with proper set of legs and hands.

Yes, he was THAT strong.

We wrapped him in towel and cotton wool to keep him warm.
His ears felt cold before we had our dinner. His eyes keep shutting.
Me and mum held him in our hands, it was the first time we dare to and we just want him to pass on happily and feeling loved.

I guessed it's the toxin building up in his body.
He was 6 months old when he left us. :( :( :( :( :(

I didn't used to like him cos he does give off a weird smell, due to his poorer ability to urinate etc.
I don't dare to touch him, prefer playing with other hammies.
But I cried much when he is buried, I can't forget how I used to play with him via a stick, be amazed how fast he can run, often call and mock him of triangle face and 'two legs', and bullying him saying he's shorter than the other hammies.

These were took on the same night before he left. :(




RIP my dear,
I hope you reconcile with your mother (chinchiaow) and in your hammie heaven, grow a new set of legs and fight all viruses,

I prayed hard for twoleg and cchiaow to not ask for yuan so early too.

Yuan kept sleeping, he's getting older.

I can't endure all these anymore.

The cages seemed emptier.
I have 3 hammies left now. :( :( :(
